Flahive Law Corporation is seeking ambitious and experienced personal injury attorney to contract and consult with our office regarding personal injury cases. Flahive Law is a Folsom based firm that practices in a wide range of areas and is looking to expand the firm to handle personal injury cases.
Compensation:
Cases may be handled on a contract basis for 25% or require the attorney’s consultation for an hourly fee of $80.
This position will allow the flexibility to work from home, with the occasional consultation in our Folsom office. The candidate must be detail oriented, possess excellent research and writing skills, and ability to work independently while ready and willing to take meetings in office and work as a team. The candidate may also be responsible for handling cases from pre-litigation through trial.
The position requires a motivated and highly efficient attorney with a very professional and congenial demeanor. This is a great opportunity for the right attorney to focus exclusively on personal injury law. Additionally, the position offers extensive hands-on experience, and client contact.
