Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer

IntelligIS, Inc is seeking a Microsoft Certified System Engineer, responsible for providing technical support to customers with service desk related issues, resolving the issues remotely or ultimately onsite.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
• Basic builds of servers (OS level)
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and have a sense of urgency
• Ability to work some nights and weekends as the work requires
• Up to 50% travel
Required Knowledge
• Windows Server 2003 and 2008 in a Physical and Virtual Environment
• Exchange Server 2003 and 2010 in a Physical and Virtual Environment
• Migration from Exchange 2003 to 2010
• Must understand the Windows and Exchange Shell
• Installation, Management, and Support of Windows Update Services (WSUS) is a plus
• Hyper-V a definite plus
Required Skills
• Diagnose and determine resolution for complex technical issues
• Routinely Communicate customer status, concerns, and issues management and support personnel.
• Participates in assigned projects, and/or processes
• Team player, willingness to work on any issues related to the success of Performance IT
• >90% Task Completion/Resolution Rate
• Provide expertise and/or training to less experienced personnel
• High Level Performance without micro-management
• Analyzes feedback of customer data, creates action plans for resolution of issues
• Maintain a superlative customer service standard
MANDATORY Prerequisites
• Bachelor’s degree* in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Equivalent degree
• MCSE
• 2-3 years Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server 2008
• 2-3 years Experience with IP Routing, mobile phone and Blackberry support
