Full-time Accounts Payable

at Company in Washington, DC

• Minimum of 5 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in the construction, transportation, VDOT or other state agencies. Need not apply if less than 5 yrs. of accounting experience
• Must have experience with software used by the construction industry, e.g. Timberline
• College degree not necessary but additional accounting training in advanced technical institution is very useful
• Purchase Orders, Vendor Invoice processing, Resolve issues with delinquencies, recording of invoicing in the computer, and expertise in complete invoicing life-cycle
• Leadership skills are very useful and must reflect in the resume
• Resume should describe in depth experience with summarizing the above experience on the top and body should describe detailed work experience with the dates of employment. It should
follow with educational degree and certifications.
