We have an immediate need for a Washington D.C. based senior recruiter to serve one of our Federal Government clients . Duties include:
Full life cycle recruiting activity:
• Obtains information that clearly defines the search parameters i.e. key responsibilities, requirements, reporting structure and compensation
• Leads and develops comprehensive targeted recruitment strategies for qualified candidates via heavy cold calling and direct sourcing, database mining, client referrals, local advertising, networking, professional communities, etc.
• Effectively evaluates each candidate’s qualifications using company and client interview standards
• Successfully communicates each candidate’s experience and qualifications for the opportunity
• Generates and writes Job Descriptions, reports and other correspondence
• Manages and negotiates both the selection and offer process including but not limited to, candidate ranking compensation, benefits, relocation, and pre-close of the candidate
• Manages recruitment timeline from search kick-off through close
• Disposition candidates as necessary
Qualifications:
• This position is open to all U.S. Citizens and incumbent will be subject to a background/suitability investigation
• Undergraduate degree and/or relevant business experience
• 5 plus years of demonstrated success as full life cycle recruiter; a minimum of three years’ prior attorney recruiting experience in a law firm
