HR Supervisor

A growing HR Consulting firm seeks a full-time HR Supervisor to join their team! The position is responsible for providing HR supervision to the HR Generalists and to employees in multiple companies and will address employee and manager requests, support employee communications, perform recordkeeping and report generation functions, ensure follow-up for HR programs and processes and assist with coordination for all types of HR programs and activities.
We are looking for a person with a professional appearance & demeanor who is responsive, flexible and open to change, the ability to maintain confidentiality, excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within all levels of an organization, excellent attention to detail, organized and able to effectively work in a fast-paced, team environment managing multiple team members, effectively handle multiple priorities and deadlines, with good problem solving skills and strong computer skills.
Minimum Requirements:
• High School Graduate
• 6+ month Supervisory experience
• PHR/SPHR preferred
• Solid understanding of CA Labor and Employment Laws
