Full-time Administrative Assistant

at Yolo Fliers Clu in Sacramento, CA

Yolo Fliers Club is seeking an experienced professional Administrative Assistant. The job duties will include:

• Handling and controlling communications within the club and with the membership including but not limited to phones, newsletters, flyers
• Organize and maintain membership and sales files
• Helps the accountant
• Assists in the creation, assembly and distribution of marketing material
• Assist Management in operating procedures
• Prepare minutes, notices, ETC for the Board of Directors and Manager of the club
• Performs other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
Hours: 9-5 Tuesday through Saturday
Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products & Quark Knowledge a plus
Knowledge of accounting and accounting info systems also a plus
