Executive Assistant



Responsibilities:

Support two Senior Directors

Answering telephones, fielding calls, taking detailed messages, making follow-up calls

Calendar management (Outlook), schedule meetings/trips and conference calls

Coordinate extensive travel arrangements

Process expense reports

Assist with spreadsheets and presentations

Generate correspondence

General administrative support filing, faxing, photocopying, opening mail

Book car services

Light personal work (dinner reservations, filing insurance claims, etc.)

Ad-hoc projects as needed





Requirements:

4 year college degree

A minimum of 2+ years administrative experience supporting senior management

Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Strong organizational and communication skills

Attention to detail

Must be a team player with a flexible attitude





Salary: $65,000-75,000 + OT + bonus + excellent benefits

Hours: 9 a.m. 6:00 p.m. with some flexibility for overtime as needed
