Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data collector/analyst. Applicant must be able to flow and gather data, organize, present a positive attitude, prioritize, solve problems, keep a flexible schedule, walk move-out and move-ins, interact with public and perform other duties as required by management. Essential Duties:
•Data collection, recording, analysis and interpretation.
•Market survey.
•Researches and documents processes and problems.
•Responds by telephone and/or email to clients’ inquiries.
•Tests, processes and verifies customer service weaknesses and opportunities and testing the validity of such information.
•Participates in special initiatives, such as customer campaigns, auditing, surveying, and/or outbound telemarketing.
•Supports the ongoing work of the Customer Support center, such as filing; training and orienting of new staff; editing; researching; and providing technology solutions.
•General clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
Qualifications:
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and Spreadsheet.
•Bilingual in French preferred, but not required.
• Experience in administrative/Research office environment.
•Strong attention to detail.
• Experience working in office/field environment and managing tasks.
• Responsible individual, Self-motivated, multi-tasker who enjoys working with others in team environment.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Capable of meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.
• Experienced in working with external clients and vendors.
• Strong research skills.
• Tactful and diplomatic.
• Strong computer skills, comfortable working in web-based applications.
•Ability to simultaneously interview and enter data, and strong customer service work ethic.
•Prior experience in customer-rich environments such as retail and telemarketing helpful.
•Team player.
•Effective interpersonal skills, including business etiquette.
