We are a boutique professional services consulting firm based in Los Angeles with clients throughout California. Our unique services are aimed at helping businesses of various sizes take advantage of government incentive programs.
Position:
Project Associate will be responsible for project management of company's clients and will report directly to company president. This position requires a highly organized and detailed oriented individual looking to exceed expectations on a daily basis. The position will need to coordinate a multitude of projects with both internal and external clients and provide project updates as required. Training will be provided on technical matters. However, this position requires someone who enjoys reading and researching technical matters. Daily interactions with clients will require an individual that is comfortable dealing with difficult clients who are required to provide information to the company in a timely fashion.
Experience and Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any technical field (Minimum 3.5 GPA required)
- Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Extremely detail oriented and good with numbers
- Willingness to travel within California
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-past environment
- Accounting or consulting experience is a plus
- Project management experience is a plus
- Must be a fast learner
