Technical Support Services Assistant - Part-Time
We are looking for an organized, detail oriented and efficient individual to join our Technical Support Services Department on a part-time basis. This department provides support to pharmacists across Canada and the US regarding prescription formulations and compounding questions.
Responsibilities
- Review drug formulation sheets and ensure there are no spelling or typing errors
- Fax/Email the formulas to the pharmacists/clients
- Enter formulas in online database
- Answering basic questions from pharmacists
- Perform required corrections/suggestions and recommendations for formulation chemists to consider
- Process Formulation Requests & Manage the Database
- Answer and record requests for formulas
- Document the information and electronically file the requests for future reference
Qualifications
- Studying towards Bachelor of Science
- Able to learn quickly
- Good communication skills (Excellent English, functional French)
- Proven abilities in time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Able to work well in a team as well as independently
