Under the immediate supervision of the Project Manager, the Project Administrator drafts and maintains the documentation and files necessary for the administration of a commercial construction project, maintains and prepares project files, suctract and subcontarct documentaion and assist the Project Manager with monitoring subcontractor and vendor performance, develops change orders, subcontractor and owner bilings, and job cost reports and tracking. Applicant must have knowledge of commercial construction terminoloye, processes and contractual relationships between owners, general contractors, and subcontractors. Applicant must have knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, product submittals, insurance certifications, contractor licensing, field daily and weekly reporting.
