Administrative Assistant for fast paced growing engineering company based in Sacramento.

Duties include:
Assistant to VP of Sales and Marketing
Reception/answering phones
General office duties (filing, faxing, mailing)
Customer and vendor account troubleshooting

Requirements:
Solid computer and office skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to learn fast and multitask
Salesforce experience a plus
Some college experience (Business classes a plus)
