Craig Cares is seeking a friendly, high energy, and organized office assistant. Must be customer service oriented, have an analytical mind, and enjoy working with people. Must also be compassionate and sensitive towards Seniors and those who work in support of Seniors. Flexibility, integrity, optimism, a strong work ethic, excellent phone skills, and teamwork are necessary.

Preferred experience and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of Senior Care a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, good memory and problem solving skills.
• Great follow through skills – accuracy and ability to prioritize.
• Comfortable using computers.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Answering the phone, filing, data entry, photo copying, birthday and thank you cards, sort mail, and other clerical duties as assigned
• Participation in after hours on-call duty rotation to ensure 24-hour availability for staffing/client concerns (week end on-call duty is compensated on a per diem basis)
• Managing caregiver and client schedules
Willing to be crossed-trained to provide backup for interviewing, reference checks, caregiver orientations and training, as well as billing and payroll processing

The hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The position will also require occasional fill in assignments as a caregiver. Flexibility regarding hours and duties is highly desirable.
