We are currently seeking an experienced and professional administrative assistant. This position will involve supporting the administrative functions of the office as well as offering support to the many associates that base in this location. This position has a multi-focused role and requires a professional that can work with a diverse group of people and manage multiple functions throughout the day.
What You Need:
1. Attention to detail
2. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others of various backgrounds.
3. Superb ability to efficiently prioritize, track, coordinate and complete multiple tasks.
4. Superior verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proven ability to interact with clientele and offer exceptional customer service support and follow through.
6. Knowledge of computer software with the ability to swiftly work between two different computer programs.
7. Ability to pick up on new functions and programs quickly.
What Else You Need to Know:
This is a full-time, Temp-to-hire. ALL OFFERS OF EMPLOYMENT WILL BE CONTIGENT UPON A SUCCESSFUL DRUG SCREEN AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK.
