Our company seeks a full-time/part time high performing administrative assistant to provide administrative support to Management.

Responsibilities:

Data entry, filing and typing
Prepare and distribute office correspondence and mail
Purchase and maintain inventory of supplies
Maintain Manager's calendar of appointments
Assist with travel arrangements
Answer phones and greet visitors

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
1 years related experience
H.S. Diploma or equivalent
