Established Growing Company seeking individual with 2 plus years experience for friendly office environment.
Office Administration
The Office Administrator has primary responsibility for the effective and efficient operation of the office, including but not limited to:
Maintaining office calendar, provide support to division managers and president, create and modify Microsoft office documents, research new ares for company expansion into new services, tracking and ordering supplies, mail sorting, order processing and shipping, maintaining office in a clean and orderly fashion, developing and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems that ensure efficient and reliable access to company documents.
Customer Relations
The Customer Relations duties are our first line when dealing with existing and prospective customers. As such, the duties include, but are not limited to:
answering phone calls, maintaining and implementing the collections process, setting up new accounts, lead generation, initiate contact and follow-up with prospective and current clients, cross selling, issue resolution, meet and greet with clients, visitors, and vendors.
Bookkeeping & Basic Accounting
Essential bookkeeping and basic accounting duties include, but are not limited to:
check processing, entering bills and managing accounts payable, running reports, maintain customer accounts and manage overdue accounts, preparing specific reports as requested by the President.
Qualifications:
- Commitment to excellence and an ability to self-motivate and maintain high quality standards with limited supervision.
- Ability to interpret responsibilities, willingness to assume additional responsibilities, and initiative to further company growth- including a demonstrated ability to develop, plan, and organize new projects.
- Be proactive with free time.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks.
- General knowledge of computers and the ability to quickly learn new accounting software.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
- Creative and flexible team player.
- Looking for longterm employment and to grow with a company.
- Willingness to learn and become a valuable asset to the company.
Positive Attitude and Excellent Phone Skills a MUST. Must be willing to learn, must be reliable, well organized and be able to handle several tasks at once.
