The Indirect Mortgage Adjudication Centre is responsible for the adjudication (including competing the necessary due diligence and compliance processes) of all Mortgage Broker and Mortgage Sales Force originated mortgages in Ontario and Atlantic Canada.
Works in an administrative capacity completing a combination of data entry, clerical, investigations and balancing functions. Telephone contact is often required. Perform other duties as required.
Excellent data entry and computer skills
Flexibility to work varied shifts including Saturdays and evenings
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills
Rotating shifts within the hours of operation - Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, Saturday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST.
Pay rate : $ 13/hour
