Full-time Bilingual Receptionist

at Company in Toronto, ON, CAN

Our client is seeking the aforementioned to join their team. PLEASE NOTE: The successful candidate MUST be fluently bilingual in both English and French.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Greeting and directing guests coming into the office.
  • Answering general inquiries.
  • Handling the shipping and receiving of local and national couriers and mail.
  • Sorting and delivering mail to each floor twice daily.
  • Typing, filing, scanning and laminating of documents as needed
  • Maintaining reception area appearance.
  • Managing the booking of meeting rooms in Outlook.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Intermediate understanding of common administrative software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple issues at the same time.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
  • Experienced in office administration would be an asset.
  • Professional and enthusiastic team player.
