Bilingual Receptionist
at Company in Toronto, ON, CAN
Our client is seeking the aforementioned to join their team. PLEASE NOTE: The successful candidate MUST be fluently bilingual in both English and French.
Responsibilities may include:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Greeting and directing guests coming into the office.
- Answering general inquiries.
- Handling the shipping and receiving of local and national couriers and mail.
- Sorting and delivering mail to each floor twice daily.
- Typing, filing, scanning and laminating of documents as needed
- Maintaining reception area appearance.
- Managing the booking of meeting rooms in Outlook.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Intermediate understanding of common administrative software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple issues at the same time.
- Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
- Experienced in office administration would be an asset.
- Professional and enthusiastic team player.
