Full-time Receptionist/Office Assistant

Seeking an experienced Receptionist/Office Assistant for a steady paced insurance office. Applicant should have the following qualities: Professional, Reliable, Team Player, Multi-Tasker, Positive Attitude and Attention to Detail.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Answering Phones/Routing Calls, Special Projects, Copying, Filing, Faxing, Shipping/Postage, Preparing Kits, Updating Forms Drawers.

Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm, Located in Downtown Sacramento
