Administrative Assistant / Regulatory Specialist

We are currently searching for a Administrative Assistant / Regulatory Specialist to join their team to assist with the artwork and labeling for their products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain Artwork Files.
Initiate and review changes to product labels, cartons, shippers etc. for both domestic and international.
Review final proofs, color charts, bottle samples with new artwork, etc. for suppliers.
Work with suppliers to insure that lot codes, expiration dates and product labels are correct and meet company guidelines.
Preparing and reviewing product labels for regulatory compliance.
Responsible for maintaining and updating computer label file for foreign country needs.
Provide technical support for customer service group.
Assist with Engineering Changes (ECNs) for the department relating to art changes, SOPs etc. This requires working with suppliers to obtain costing information, quantities on hand, phase-out, phase in dates, etc.
Work under applicable regulatory guidelines and help assure compliance to those guidelines. At a minimum, this includes applicable cGMPs, environmental regulations, and health and safety regulations.
Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements:
A keen attention to detail.
3-5 years of experience; Graphic arts experience preferred.
Business Training or some college education.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and a professional attitude, ability to work in a team environment.
Experience with Adobe Illustrator to make minor changes to artwork file.
Computer skills are required, especially with Excel, Word, and Outlook. Other Microsoft Office programs will also be used.
Type at least 55 words per minute.
Ability to communicate, read and write in English is required. The ability to communicate in Spanish would be very helpful, although not required.
