MSDS Consultant, Services, LLC is in need of a dynamic Office Assistant that will play a vital role in keeping the MSDS Corporate Office Team organized and on track. We are looking for a team-oriented professional to help manage daily office operations.
An Office Assistant is a business professional who must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment where organizational expertise is essential. Responsibilities will include creating and updating documents, reports, help in tracking A/R, and A/P invoices and other company financial documents as required, following-up on due dates, managing schedules and appointments, maintaining files and supplies, making travel arrangements, processing daily mail, and operating office equipment, such as fax and copy machines. In addition, the Office Assistant must be proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, email, and presentation programs.
Make no mistake about it. An Office Assistant is a customer service professional. The ideal candidate must be able to address the needs of our team members, visitors, and callers in a friendly and professional manner. The Office Assistant must have strong organizational abilities, follow-up skills, and pay attention to the littlest details that often make all the difference.
