Administrative Assistant

Immediate opportunity to act as Administrative Assistant for the Founder/CEO of DAVA Oncology. This position requires a bachelor’s degree and the utmost confidentiality and discretion. In this role, you will manage daily operations and facilitate both professional and personal objectives through a proven ability to prioritize and execute executive projects. The ideal candidate will be a highly resourceful problem solver who is committed to the highest standards of excellence. Must have strong business acumen and sound judgment to effectively interact with high profile clients and colleagues. This is a highly involved position, in a fast-paced environment that requires an experienced “right arm” advisor and time flexibility.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee and coordinate executive team to coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings and interviews.
-Prepare reports, presentation materials, and routine correspondence with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
-Establish and maintain day-to-day office functions, including organizational filing systems.
-Field inquiries to appropriate team members, follow up on emerging issues, and ensure timely response to urgent issues/activities as they arise,
-Spearhead special projects and events as needed.
Qualifications:
-2-5 years of experience in the role of Administrative Assistant.
-Bachelor’s degree is a must.
-Proven ability and desire to build and maintain strong relationships with the executive level.
-Superior organizational skills to anticipate client needs.
-Creative thinker with exceptional problem solving skills.
-Excellent writing/communication skills.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
