Full-time Administrative Assistant

A software company in North Atlanta is recruiting an experienced, talented, and highly motivated Administrative Asssitant / Office Administrator.

TheAdministrative Assistant / Office Administrator will provide administrative support, while representing the company in a professional manner, maintaining a positive attitude and functioning as a team player. The candidate must possess the ability to prioritize work and manage numerous projects and priorities.

Responsibilities:
Organize and execute all administrative office operations and activities
Manage office maintenance and support systems
Make arrangements for needed facilities, furniture, catering, meetings and presentations
Basic bookkeeping and financial activities such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
Light reception and telephone duties
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Reliability, initiative and solid work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to complete tasks and projects quickly and with minimal supervision
Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience in accounting a plus

Experience:
Minimum BA or equivalent experience
