Catering Company looking for Energetic Administrative Assistant:

Essential Skills:
• Highly organized with strong verbal & interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate refined attention to detail with the ability to multi-task & prioritize
• Able to work independently in a team environment.
• Ability to work with changing deadlines.
• Must be able to maintain professionalism & confidentiality.
• The successful candidate will demonstrate care & pride in every aspect of duties.

Work Related Tasks:
• Receiving and assisting clients with orders over the phone, with ability of taking descriptive messages.
• Encouraging strong, long-term client relationships by addressing their needs & concerns
• Successful Interaction with co-workers, salespersons and vendors
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products. Experience with QuickBooks a PLUS!
• Special projects as assigned
• Food service background is helpful.
