Los Angeles Business Management Firm is seeking an enthusiastic, intelligent General Office Assistant to work 20-25 hours per week.

Skills and Requirements:

- Excellent filing & organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills: prioritization of tasks and follow-through
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of interaction (written and oral)
- Internet and computer proficient
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and driven to excel
- Predictable attendance
- Previous office experience

Help with day to day office duties - Answers telephone, Assist office staff and Clients, Maintain files, Maintain office supplies, Copying, Faxing, etc.
Performs additional duties as required.
