Duties include maintaining phone system, office equipment, sorting mail and assisting the Facilities Manager with construction projects, bids, property maintenance and repair. Excellent communications skills and detail oriented. Working knowledge of microsoft Excel & Word. Applicant must have valid CA Drivers License and reliable transportaion.
