Full-time Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee phone and mail systems
• Answer all incoming calls, route calls, record, and dispense messages.
• Welcome and announce all visitors, clients, and other guests.
• Arrange catering for office meetings and design photo shoots
• General administrative and computer tasks, such as faxing, mailings, copying,
collating, and messenger requests
• Order all office supplies and coordinate office maintenance schedule
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Handle items sent to storage facility and manage inventory
• Coordinate building and supply services, as well as provide project support.
• Light maintenance projects as required

Experience:
• 1-2 years in an administrative or office support role
• Must be extremely detail oriented and well organized
• Strong follow through skills are a must
• Must be able to life 50 lbs
• Should be self-motivated and take instruction well
• Light industrial experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and the internet is a must
