Responsibilities
- Personal assistant to executive staff
- Travel arrangements, booking meetings for Executives, answering phones, etc…
- Assisting the Executives with correspondence i.e. emails and fax
- Main focus will be handling the administrative duties collating the mail and collecting the mail for the Executive group
- Must understand and have worked with strict confidentially
- General administrative support

Experience
- Minimum of 3 -4 years experience as an Executive Assistant to a CFO, CEO or President.
- Strong Word, Excel and Power Point skills
- Good Communication & Comprehension Skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment while managing priorities and deadlines
