at Hiring Director in Miami, FL
The Corporate Chef would be responsible for minimum of 8 stores nationwide main responsibilities would include:
• Managing BOH management at store level
• Maintaining costs in all pertinent units in regards to budgets, food costs and labor
• Interview, Hiring and Training
• 100% guest satisfaction
This position requires 5-7 years of store level KM/Chef experience at a high volume full service restaurant/bar. At least 3-5 years of multi unit experience. Superb written and oral communication skills. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
