MISSISSAUGA
Ongoing interaction with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) for the purpose of monitoring the approval process through the CRA web interface & by phone
Conduct calls to clients regarding A/R & provide basic explanation to complex billing issues and assessment breakdown aspects
Other duties include reviewing & aligning subcontractor invoices to internal reports, managing the external mailing process, verifying expense report submissions and approvals, and coordinating staff travel arrangements
Superb customer service, relationship building and negotiation skills
Strong communication and problem solving skills a must
Highly organized and efficient and able to multi-task and prioritize with ease
Comfortable and confident with high volume phone communication
Full-Time, Permanent

Post-Secondary Education Required
