Full-time Office Assistant

I am seeking a part time office assistant (20-30 hours per week) with the following experience and skills:

• Excellent Computer Skills (proficient in Word, Publisher, Excel)
• Ability to multi-task on a daily basis
• Extremely Organized and Focused
• Customer Service Experience
• UPS, USPS, FedEx Shipping Experience
• Familiar with Constant Contact System
• Marketing Skills (advertising, public relations, networking)
• Outgoing personality, friendly and very personable
• Extremely dependable and trustworthy
• Excellent references


It is imperative that you have the above skills in order to be considered for this position. While you will be thoroughly trained, you must already have prior experience, the ability to multi-task and be able to jump in with both feet and handle a variety of daily responsibilities working closely with the owner of a busy specialty bakery. There is some flexibility with work hours. A great opportunity for the right person with a great attitude!

Note: You must be a NON SMOKER. This is critical as you will be working in a small area with business owner who is extremely allergic to cigarette smoke and its' odor.
