XDR is a small firm in Brentwood, providing digital radiography to dentists all over the country. We write our own software and package it with sensors that we distribute for the largest sensor manufacturer in the world. We’ve dramatically increased our revenues each year for the past three years, and our biggest challenge is to manage our growth. We work hard, lean and smart, and our customers love us. We’re serious about success, but also sort of wacky, and we treat each other like human beings.
We need a versatile multitasker to support our operations. The prime requirements are commitment to defined processes, fanatic attention to detail, writing ability, and interpersonal competence to make customers feel welcome and valued.
Here are the duties, in decreasing order of importance:
1. Answering and redirecting phone calls – being the voice of XDR
2. Making and confirming appointments for sales demonstrations and for technical projects
3. Preparing, emailing and faxing standard documents; confirming customer receipt
4. Scanning incoming documents into our paperless files
5. Calling customers to update billing records
6. Making reservations and organizing trade show events
7. Preparing sales quotations
8. General office duties

• Facility with XP Professional, MS Outlook, Word and Excel
