Executive Assistant
at Company in Los Angeles, CA
Exciting opportunity to join a successful company as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to the President. A competitive base salary with annual performance bonus is offered together with the Company’s benefit package.
Ideal Background:
• An undergraduate degree is preferable.
• Minimum of ten years work experience is required, preferably in assisting high level executive
• Strong PowerPoint skills are essential, as the position involves a heavy amount of presentation preparation.
• Able to display a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Must be capable of working independently and able to participate well as part of a team.
• Must also be responsive, resilient to pressure, able to work in a fast-paced environment and capable of juggling multiple priorities and tasks.
• Must be flexible about his/her work schedule and willing to put in the time required to get the job done.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Overall organization, phones, travel arrangements, schedule of meetings, calendar, correspondence, expense reports, insurance claim filing, etc.
• Investor and Lender Relations (conference planning, capital call and distribution phone calls, quarterly reporting collation and distribution)
• Investor and Lender PowerPoint presentations
• Annual event planning and fundraising calls
• Support for Controller and VP of Finance
• Insurance Tracking (project, workers compensation, auto, etc.)
• Audit coordination
• General Office Administration (contact for Office of the Building, team recognition, accounts payable, contact list)
