Full-time Telecom Administrator

at Company in Atlanta, GA

We are an Atlanta-based company with multi-state locations and are seeking qualified Telecom Administrator candidates.

Duties include:

--overseeing invoices and contracts related to telephony services, cell phones, and hand-held devices
--consulting with users regarding telephone hardware, service, and system functions
--consulting with vendors to manage telephony services, repair requests, and account management
--auditing invoices, including billing dispute resolution
--providing full support for users of cell phones, Blackberries, and other communication devices
--administration of telecom-related services
--overseeing DVR systems

The successful candidate will be proficient in spoken and written English and have excellent communication and organizational skills. In addition, (s)he should know basic computer functions, including Microsoft Office, and have a working knowledge of the telecommunications field.

A four-year degree and bi-lingual (Spanish) skills are preferred.
