In this role, you will be responsible for the administrative duties of our organization. brightstack is a technology company providing IT services and phone systems to businesses. The duties of this role include:
Provide day to day administrative tasks;
Manage marketing campaigns;
Coordinate marketing events;
Manage leads and contacts;
Process orders;
Process warranty renewals;

Strong computer skills are mandatory, including Microsoft Office, CRM tools and extranets. Quickbooks is a plus.

College graduate or equivalent is preferred. This is an ideal entry level position which will lead to career growth.
