Full-time Bookkeeper/Administrative/Design Studio Manager

at Company in New York City, NY

Bookkeeper/Administrative/Design Studio Manager needed in a growing midtown design studio.
Needs to a have an entrepreneurial spirit, be a team player and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Essential qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years bookkeeping experience.
• Mac user
• Complete knowledge of QuickBooks with at least 3 years experience.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office programs; excel, word, and powerpoint
• Major plus if also familiar with adobe acrobat, illustrator, photoshop and indesign programs
• Must be highly organized, have great communication skills with close attention to detail.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally, and with discretion.

Duties/requirements include – but are not limited to:
• Manage and monitor all business finances, receivables and payables, credit card accounts, rent, mortgages.
• Quarterly reporting
• Maintain up-to-date filing of payables, receivables and tax reports
• Responsible for an array of Human Resources responsibilities which include, outside talent search and collecting confidentiality agreements.
