We are looking for a Web & Technology Manager to oversee, manage and coordinate all aspects of the company's website, and be the key go-to person for all technology related issues. We require a web and IT savvy, business minded individual with the professional maturity to assist us in taking our company, to the next level.
The successful candidate will:
Coordinate and manage outside resources including developers and third party vendors
Identify technology related issues and solutions with regard to the company website and/or databases
Manage the search engine strategy with a focus on search engine optimization
Participate in business process designing and re-designing with a focus on technology
Document technical standard operating procedures
Identify and act on opportunities where technological improvements can improve business success
Oversee the data conversion of a new accounting and CRM system
Ensure optimal database/website integration
Identify and implement database and website improvements
Assist with the development and execution of business and marketing plans
The successful candidate will bring:
2-5 years of business experience at an operational level
2-5 years in Web Management or similar role
Experience in managing vendor relationships
Strong business acumen
Proven track record of optimizing web presence
Experience with data conversion projects
Degree or diploma in business, computer science, or marketing
In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, this position includes fantastic growth opportunity, and a starting salary of $40,000 to $60,000/year.
