The company is looking for a professional and enthusiastic employee for our corporate office to be the face of our new and expanding office.
Job Requirements:
Knowledge of MS office programs is a must.
Must be a team player and able to work independently.
Excellent communication skills ,pleasing appearance and trustworthy.
Must have experience in handling phone systems.
If you have other skills we need you may be able to work more hours. Flexible daytime hours.
Primary responsibilities:
Handling of incoming calls and greeting vendors, clients, and other visitors in a friendly, professional manner along with performing general administrative duties.
You need to make sure that all files are in their proper place and that each of them are set in the correct order.
Administrative duties including typing memos, letters, reports and maintaining calendars.
