I will hire the one who is willing to work directly by my side for the next couple of months and turn the business over to them as the “Sales Manager”.
This position is a $100,000.00+ a year job with commissions, overrides, bonuses and incentives.
We do all of our own financing, so no credit turndowns.
You must be able to work evening and weekends. Because as you know, when you are in “Direct Sales”, our schedule is when a family can meet with us. However, once you get things up and running, there is a tremendous amount of flexibility in your daily schedule.
