In this role, your mission will be to take BCI into new customers, ideally leveraging your existing contacts, in the Birmingham Metro Area and across the State of Alabama. You'll also keep and manage your accounts, enabling you to grow your business exponentially year after year.
We are an opportunity-based company and we're all about production: you make money for us and you'll make money for yourself. We offer a competitive base, uncapped commission, commission bonus, and accelerators after quota, and you'll help set your own targets and quotas. There are also friendly sales competitions; our top Account Exec recently won an all-expense-paid Mercedes Benz for one year. We'll provide all the tools (Blackberry, laptop, expenses, etc) you need to succeed, and we have a comprehensive benefits package.
