* Be the technical lead for a team of developers building and managing the company’s web presence. * Write code – fast, clean, extensible. * Keep performance snappy as site traffic, already at significant scale, continues to grow. * Act as liaison to product managers, business owners, and operations engineers to make sure the right things are delivering at the right time. * Support and mentor junior developers.Requirements:
* 5+ years of web development on increasingly harder problems, both in technical challenge and in scale. * 3+ years of PHP at a senior level, with demonstrated experience building complex web apps. * 3+ years developing on the LAMP stack – some MySQL knowledge definitely helpful. * Solid knowledge of Javascript & CSS, with experience building precisely-designed sites. * Experience mentoring and leading other developers. * Experience working with internal development and product teams, balancing requirements, etc. * Experience working with fast-moving organizations.Join an amazing company where you’ll do interesting work, be surrounded by creative people, and be excited to tell others about where you work.
