The Goddard School, a leader in the preschool industry, is growing and continues to set a high standard for excellence. We are looking for a full-time Education Director for our preschool located in Leander.
Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing all preschool operations including human resources, quality assurance and facility operations.
• Developing strong relationships with our families.
• Managing a budget and licensing.
Job requirements:
• BA or BS degree in Education
• Administrative or management experience in a licensed child care center
• Strong working knowledge of TX Child Care Licensing regulations
• Positive, upbeat attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly effective organizational, time management and multitasking skills
• Deep love for children and a strong commitment to education
• Strong verbal, written and computer skills
