Restaurant General Manager

Now accepting applications for the position of General Manager for a New Restaurant opening in center city Philadlphia. Applicants must have at least three years of experience running all aspects of the front of house operations and knowledge of the back of house. As this is a start up candidates must put in place operations from scratch. Employee manuels, POS, service standards, promotions and marketing, bar management, computer systems, wine list and training are some of the duties.
