Position: Ad Operations Coordinator

Reports To: Director of Advertising Operations


Mail.com Media Corporation is dynamic, quickly growing new media company looking for a smart, detail oriented candidate to assume the role of Ad Operations Coordinator responsibilities. The Ad Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the ad operations process including ad trafficking & optimization, managing inventory, working with rich media vendors, reporting and billing. The Ad Operations Coordinator will work closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to scope, implement and maintain online advertising campaigns. The ideal candidates will have experience in the online advertising industry, strong attention to detail, a technical background and thrive in a fast paced environment.


MMC Primary Duties:

• Review Client online advertising Insertion orders to confirm accuracy
• Implement online campaigns into MMC’s ad server (Dart for Publishers and OpenX)
• Manage the success of all campaigns to insure full delivery on our promise
• Proactively plan, anticipate potential issues and independently undertake steps to improve performance
• Provide detailed campaign analysis, including performance summary and optimization recommendations
• Manage agency and direct advertisers expectations with regards to campaign goals, ensuring successful relationships and renewal of insertion order
• Modify HTML creative code and third party redirects for successful delivery and tracking of campaign
• Review campaign activity daily, weekly, and monthly
• Flawless implementation and execution to ensure the highest quality of internal and external customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited four year college or university
• 1 plus years media trafficking and/or advertising industry experience
• 1 plus years proven knowledge of DART DFP.
• Prior experience gained interacting with agencies or publishers
• Basic to intermediate HTML, specifically image tags and source attributes
• Comfortable defining and operating in a product launch environment
• Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail
• Delivery and solution focused attitude
• Basic to Intermediate financial analytical skills
• Basic to Intermediate communication and negotiation skills
