The successful candidate must also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, a high-energy level, be a self starter and be both focused and disciplined.
Intimate computer literacy is not essential but basic knowledge of the following programs would be necessary: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel.

Career Description:

Total logistics sales reporting directly to the Manager of Sales

Manage existing accounts and increase sales by utilizing databases containing qualified leads and by targeting large defined users to develop and maintain a strong and continually growing portfolio of business.

Keep manager of sales appraised of all leads and business opportunities, prospective new accounts and their operational requirements to facilitate smooth implementation and enable EXTRA EXPRESS to provide the highest quality of service. Attend weekly sales meetings to discuss potential target accounts.

Education and Experience: No person to young or old to qualify. A Bachelor degree and 2-4 years outside sales experience would be an advantage but would not disqualify a candidate with the right drive and enthusiasm.

Salary: Salary, plus commission and bonuses.
