Full-time Human Resource Administrator

at Company in Reno, NV

Human Resource Administrator will be responsible for HRIS Administration (Recordkeeping/ Updates/ Audits), Performance Management (Reviews) Coordination, and general HR Support/ Projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

HRIS Administration:
- Input of all new hires, changes, separations and all other employment related documentation.
- Submission of new hire notifications, termination and change notifications.
- Data audits/ validation.

Organization Charts:
- Responsible for timely upkeep (new hires, separations, changes) of organizational charts.

Business Card Orders

Employee Event Coordination:
-Organizes monthly anniversary parties
-Organizes summer picnic and year end event

Performance Management (Reviews):
- Coordinates with SNC's Human Resources Manager/Generalist to release and track Annual and Introductory Performance Evaluations.

ESS Support:
Assists employees with the Employee Self Service system to ensure timely and accurate collection of employee information

Drug & Alcohol Testing:
Processing and Administration

Serves as general support to HR department and supports HR projects and on as needed basis.

Punctuality to work each day and prepared to work scheduled work hours

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Other duties as assigned
