Full-time Executive Assistant

PERSONAL ASSISTANT: Full-time position needed for this multi-staffed large private home in San Francisco needs a Personal Assistant to work on projects, manage the maintenance of the various residences, coordinate schedules and manage the mail and correspondences. Duties and projects include but are not limited to:

• Scheduling appointments and maintaining the database in Outlook.
• Extensive travel arrangements.
• Sorting through incoming and outgoing mail.
• Managing & Coordinating all vendors and contractors to do repair or work in the home.
• Oversee and communicate with all household staff.
• Making sure computer network, phone and lighting systems are in working order.
• Do Correspondence and letters.
• Placing orders and doing returns.
• Do extensive internet research.
• Order office supplies.


REQUIRED SKILLS
Windows PC, Outlook, Excel and Word
Strong organizational skills and very detail oriented.
Important to be able to multi task and prioritize.
Do internet searches.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Dependable and punctual.
The ability to work independently.
