Customer Support Specialist
Watercooler is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work across our portfolio of popular and profitable social games. We are a rapidly growing consumer internet business with millions of users already. The Customer Support Specialist will play a key role in building and strengthening our relationships with our users.
Responsibilities
- Moderating our live chat channel
- Monitoring forum posts by users and responding to topics as needed
- Responding to support e-mails
- Reporting bugs and other gameplay issues to the development team
- Understanding our products at an advanced level
- May be required to perform additional tasks, such as gameplay testing
Required Skills
- Accurate typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to multi-task and remain focused
- Internet savvy and able to utilize various software applications
- Experience working in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive professional attitude
