Producer
Watercooler is looking for a Producer to manage one of our popular and profitable social games! We are a rapidly growing consumer internet company with millions of users in the media and entertainment space. In this role, the Producer will use a balance of quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive game-level feature and service improvements.
Responsibilities
• Manage development of a new title through all phases of the product lifecycle
• Work closely with Engineering and Design to specify, launch and optimize features that improve the virality, engagement and monetization of their game
• Manage the execution of in-game events and programming to improve monetization, engagement and customer satisfaction
• Analyze metrics and user feedback on a real-time basis to derive insight on user trends and behavior
• Play a leadership role in growing and cultivating the team
Requirements
• 5+ years of Production or Product Management experience
• Strong analytical capabilities with an attention to detail
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Understanding of game design concepts and principles
• Experience working for a social game developer
• BA/BS degree from a top university; MBA preferred
• A passion for games
