PT Personal Assistant/Office Manager
at Small Business Owner in Atlanta, GA
Wanted: Part Time Personal Assistant for Small Business Owner in Smyrna 15-20 hours per week.
THIS JOB IS OPEN TO ANYONE, BUT WOULD MOST LIKELY BE BEST SUITED FOR A STUDENT
I can be very flexible with time, and you can set your schedule as long as you stick to the schedule you set. I need a self starter that, once they get the hang of things, can get things done without much direction. In other words, I need someone to be one step ahead of me most of the time. Pay: $12/hr to start with potential increase after 30 day review. Also potential bonus (monthly) based on online sales figures. This is considered contract work, so you will be paid in cash. .50 per mile paid for use of own vehicle. Must have reliable transportation.
Administrative Duties: 50%
-----Order Fulfillment: of the time, you will be filling and listing online orders via our own websites, Ebay, and Amazon. This means identifying inventory in the warehouse, packaging it for shipment, and actually shipping the items. Most items are small, but some lifting will occasionally be required. ----Microsoft (Word ,Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook…on Windows and Mac), data entry, filing, answering and replying to emails and answering telephones.
Personal Shopping: 20%
----Office supplies, clothing, groceries, gifts, food
Concierge: 20%
----running miscellaneous errands, pick-up/drop off documents, cleaners, meals, pay bills, schedule appointments, house sit Misc. Services: light housekeeping duties, follow up calls
Organization Assistant: 5%
----office, closet, kitchen, car
Planning: 5%
----business meeting, travel arrangements, entertainment, special occasions
